consulting.<\/li>\n<li>Agronomic consulting.<\/li>\n<li>Technical advisory services.<\/li>\n<li>Forest project management.<\/li>\n<li>Plantation supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Forest inventories.<\/li>\n<li>Forest measurements.<\/li>\n<li>Land valuation.<\/li>\n<li>Plantation valuation.<\/li>\n<li>Timber valuation.<\/li>\n<li>Timber buyback programs.<\/li>\n<li>Carbon appraisals unless expressly stated otherwise.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong> Timber Buyback Program<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L. may operate timber buyback programs each case.<\/p>\n<p>Unless expressly stated otherwise, proposals are preliminary in nature and may be revised following inspections, final measurements or changes in project conditions.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li><strong> Specific Agreements<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Certain projects, forestry services, timber buyback programs, harvesting operations, forest utilization activities or similar services may require the execution of separate agreements.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of any conflict between this Policy and a specific written agreement, the provisions of the specific agreement shall
