Cultivation

Cultivation Conditions

Coreana IES®. It is an Own selection of P. Coreana Uyeki. Supplied in tray and kept hydrated until transplanting or planting. Delivery: check moisture and plant condition on arrival; keep roots protected and prepare deep, loose and drained soil before planting.

Growing Zones

Suitable for temperate and humid climates, with good ornamental performance in Central Europe and mild Atlantic areas. Protect it from intense drought during establishment.

Site and Position

Preferably full sun or high light, with fresh, fertile and drained soil. These lines are especially interesting in humid or warm-temperate environments; avoid dry suffocating heat without irrigation and prolonged water stress.

Melliferous Value

Its spring flowering is elegant and useful for pollinators. In parks, gardens and avenue planting it adds a clean, seasonal and easy-to-integrate image.

Irrigation

Moderate regular irrigation during establishment. Keep the substrate moist, not soaked; never leave pots or trays standing in water to avoid root suffocation.

Aroma and Flowering

Abundant and elegant spring flowering, with high ornamental and melliferous interest in gardens, parks and avenue planting.
