This policy governs intellectual property rights, copyrights, content usage rights, technical documentation, multimedia materials and all other digital or physical assets published, distributed, used or made available by PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L.
Its purpose is to protect the content, knowledge, documentation, graphic materials, audiovisual resources, databases, translations and other assets developed, compiled or used by the company in the course of its professional activities.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all content published by PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L. is owned by the company or is lawfully used under authorization, license, assignment or any other valid legal basis.
Ownership of rights may belong to PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L., its collaborators, authors, suppliers, customers or third parties who have authorized its use.
The publication of any content does not imply the assignment, transfer, licensing or authorization of use beyond that expressly permitted by applicable law or granted in writing by the respective rights holder.

Photographs, videos, images, audiovisual recordings and other multimedia materials published by PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L. may be owned by the company or provided by customers, collaborators, suppliers or authorized third parties.
The use, reproduction, downloading, modification, distribution, publication, public communication or reuse of such materials without prior written authorization is prohibited.
The publication of photographs or videos on the website or through any communication channel of the company does not imply authorization for copying or use by third parties.
Cultivation manuals, technical datasheets, studies, reports, catalogues, brochures, presentations, publications and other documentation made available to users are provided for informational purposes and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Downloading, consulting or using such documentation does not grant any rights of reproduction, distribution, modification, translation, commercialization or reuse beyond those expressly permitted by law or authorized in writing.
PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L. publishes content in different languages in order to facilitate access to information for international users.
Translations, linguistic adaptations, localizations, revisions and multilingual versions of any content constitute protected works and form part of the company’s intellectual assets.
The reproduction, reuse, copying, adaptation or exploitation of such translations without prior written authorization is prohibited.
The company currently develops and publishes content, among others, in Spanish (ES), English (EN), French (FR), Portuguese (PT), German (DE), Italian (IT), Russian (RU), Ukrainian (UA), Polish (PL) and Arabic (AR), as well as any additional languages that may be incorporated in the future.
Databases, information compilations, technical records, agronomic information, forestry information, experimental documentation, trial results, statistics, photographic archives, audiovisual archives and other organized collections of information developed or managed by PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L. are protected under applicable legislation.
The extraction, reuse, systematic copying or exploitation, in whole or in part, of such databases without express authorization is prohibited.

The automated collection of content, data mining, scraping, automated crawling, large-scale data extraction, unauthorized indexing, creation of derivative databases, training of artificial intelligence systems, language models, machine learning systems, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, neural networks, generative models or any similar technology using content, documentation, images, videos, databases or any other assets belonging to PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L. is expressly prohibited without prior written authorization.
This prohibition applies to both commercial and non-commercial purposes.
PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL®, TURBO PRO®, PROXY2®, ZE PRO®, ZE PRO2®, PROFI®, AROMATICA®, LEOPARDA®, KATEKAMII®, ELONGATA WHITE NIGHT®, IES® and any other registered trademarks, trademark applications, trade names, product names, distinctive signs, programs, projects, services or developments used by PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L. are protected by applicable national, European Union and international legislation relating to intellectual property, industrial property and unfair competition.
PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L. also develops, selects, evaluates, preserves, propagates and commercializes various species, hybrids, clones, plant selections, in vitro materials, elite materials, mother trees, breeding programs and proprietary or authorized genetic lines, including but not limited to IES®, KATEKAMII®, AROMATICA®, LEOPARDA®, PROXY2®, TURBO PRO®, ZE PRO®, ZE PRO2®, PROFI®, ELONGATA WHITE NIGHT® and future plant selections developed or commercialized by the company.
PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L. also works with various species, hybrids and plant materials belonging to the Paulownia genus, including but not limited to Shan Tong, Pao Tong Z07, Lankao, Kawakamii, Fargesii, Tomentosa, Catalpifolia, Taiwaniana, Fortunei, Coreana, Australis and other species, hybrids or plant materials that may be incorporated in the future.
The use, reproduction, imitation, registration, translation, adaptation, commercialization, distribution, promotion, commercial exploitation or any other form of use of the names, distinctive signs, plant materials, technical documentation, commercial materials, breeding programs or identifying elements used by PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L. without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
Specific protection relating to plant varieties, genetics, propagation material, in vitro material, clonal selections, mother trees, breeding programs, plant breeders’ rights and associated rights is further regulated in the document “Protected Plant Varieties and Genetic Rights”.
Requests for authorization to use content, documentation, photographs, videos, publications or any other protected material must be submitted in writing to:
PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L. reserves the right to grant, limit, condition or deny any authorization request.
PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L. may adopt any technical, administrative, extrajudicial or judicial measures it deems appropriate to protect its rights and legitimate interests against unauthorized use of its content, documentation, photographs, videos, databases, genetic material, plant material or any other protected assets.
This policy shall be governed by Spanish law, European Union legislation and applicable international treaties relating to intellectual property, copyright, industrial property, database protection and unfair competition.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation, application or enforcement of this policy shall be subject to the Courts and Tribunals of Alcañiz (Teruel, Spain), unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
