The success of a plantation, forestry project, agroforestry project, environmental restoration project or carbon sequestration project depends on numerous external factors beyond the direct control of PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L.
Such factors include, among others, climatic conditions, water availability, soil characteristics, management practices, pests, diseases, natural phenomena, regulatory changes, market conditions and decisions made by third parties.
Forestry, agroforestry, environmental and carbon sequestration projects may be affected by regulatory, methodological, climatic, biological, economic or market-related changes.

Under no circumstances shall PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L. be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, crop losses, loss of income, reputational damage or any other economic loss arising from the use of the products or services supplied.
