Its smooth surface, low weight and light grain make it useful for shapers, workshops and manufacturers that need to cut, glue, sand and laminate without adding unnecessary mass.

In hollow boards, alaias, paipos, handplanes, longboards, fish, funboards or guns, it can work as deck skin, bottom skin, decorative reinforcement or visible wood layer.
