Format

Paulownia Shan Tong – Tree 1.5 m is a bare-root Paulownia tree, already formed, with lignified stem and root system selected for transplanting. It is an advanced hybrid P. Fortunei × P. Tomentosa.

Format and Supply

Supplied bare-root and planted as soon as possible after delivery. The purpose of the format is to protect the roots during transport and support orderly planting, with clear, identifiable and manageable plant material from delivery.

Variety and Application

Shan Tong is a historic industrial hybrid: well-known line for Paulownia timber production, with fast growth, broad adaptation and long-established technical use. Shan Tong. It is an advanced hybrid P. Fortunei × P. Tomentosa. Supplied bare-root and planted as soon as possible after delivery. Delivery: check moisture and plant condition on arrival; keep roots protected and prepare deep, loose and drained soil before planting.

Growing Zones

Site and Position

Preferably full sun, with deep, aerated and drained soil. In professional plantations, prioritise correct spacing, weed control, support irrigation and stem training from the first cycle.
